Public Trails Meeting
Join us on Wednesday, January 14 at 5:30 PM at McDuff’s Beer Hall for a community conversation about upcoming trail projects and stewardship efforts across the region.
We’ll be gathering input on:
🚵 Riley Creek – Multi-use trail development & infrastructure improvements
🏔 HooDoo Mountain – Multi-use trail development & infrastructure improvements
🔥 Selkirk Crest – Initial scoping & design for a multi-use warming hut system
🌲 Trout Creek / Manulife Property – Infrastructure improvements for a non-motorized trail system
🛠 Hayes Gulch – Ongoing maintenance of the multi-use trail system
Whether you ride, run, hike, ski, snowmobile, or simply care about keeping access open and trails well maintained, this meeting is for you. Come learn what’s ahead, ask questions, and help shape the future of recreation in our backyard.
NRTP Follow-Up Meeting

At this meeting, we’ll do a mid-season check-in to hear what’s working, where support is needed, and what challenges we might collectively help address. We’ll also share RAC grant updates, explore potential collaborations, and discuss practical solutions we can implement as a coalition.

BASIN DIG DAY
THE BASIN DIG DAY WILL START AT THE SCHWEITZER ROUNDABOUT WITH COFFEE PROVIDED BY EVANS BROTHERS FROM 8:30AM-9AM. WE’LL HEAD OUT AFTER COFFEE FOR TRAIL WORK FROM 9AM-1PM THEN ENJOY A BBQ, LIVE MUSIC BY BRENDAN KELTY, SHUTTLE LAPS, DEMO BIKES AND RAFFLE PRIZES FROM 1PM-3PM! CAN’T MAKE THE DIG? YOU CAN STILL DONATE TO THE ONGOING TRAIL MAINTENANCE BY USING THE QR CODE ON THE POSTER.
